M1919
The M1919 was the primary US heavy machine gun of WWII. Its a closed bolt, belt feed machinegun. In WWII it fired the .30-06. Our gun after serving in WWII was sent to Israel as military aid and converted to 7.62 Nato. It can be fired from our porch pintle, a ground mount or the back of our 8x8 argo vehicle.
